Namely we have worked for a shop fitting firm for the past 12 years who refit the Home Bargains chain, we carry out much of their building work, specialising in plastering. Our plastering is of exceptional standard, which is why we are highly regarded with such a firm.
Furthermore our services are used for the Wickes chain, we are contracted to tile and plaster kitchens/bathrooms in preparation to a new kitchen/bathroom suite being fitted.
In addition, Anthony Mann & Sons have worked for a local landlord agent managing 40+ houses in Hull and Beverley, carrying out works such as full renovations before letting, to general upkeep of properties.
Recently we managed and built 7 houses from start to finish in the Beverley area. These houses have proved very successful and are either sold or now rented. Much of our work of late in renovation is known to have increased the value considerably of each property.
In recent weeks our business has been employed by a very successful Chartered Surveyor in order to cover works to residential and commercial property management. Their requirement is for our business to respond swiftly, act promptly and carry out work thoroughly to the highest standard. Our keen professional work ethos enables such work to comply with their high standards.
